The administrator of personal data, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (UE.L Journal of Laws No. 119, item 1), hereinafter also GDPR) and other currently applicable rules is company Kresz Sp. Z o.o. with registered office in Sopot (address of the registered office: Rzemieślnicza 39, 81-856 Sopot), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS 0000076131; Tax identification number (NIP): 5842446124; Business ID (REGON): 19025705900000; of the share capital: PLN 450.000, paid in full.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection and the Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, subsequent amendments).

Purpose and basis of data processing

Personal data is processed by the administrator in order to:

  1. conclude and implement a sales agreement, as well as to take actions aimed at conclusion a sales agreement at the request of customer (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  2. conclude and implement a providing services by electronic means agreement (user account), as well as to take actions aimed at conclusion a providing services by electronic means agreement at the request of customer (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
  3. handle requests submitted using the contact form and emails (Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the GDPR);
  4. implement the legally legitimate interests of Kresz Sp. z o.o., in particular in order to establish, ainvestigate or defend potential claims, conduct quality analyses of sales services provided and for analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  5. conduct direct marketing using electronic means of communication with the prior consent of the user (Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the GDPR);
  6. comply with obligations under generally applicable laws, e.g. tax and accounting (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);

  1. name, surname, company name
  2. e-mail address
  3. address of residence and delivery address
  4. telephone number
  5. tax identification number /NIP/
  6. bank account number

Providing data by the client, to the extent indicated above, is voluntary. Providing such data, however, may be necessary to conclude and perform the sales agreement or providing services by electronic means agreement.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be shared with our partners and subcontractors, in particular:

  1. carriers, forwarders in order to provide logistics, transport and delivery services;
  2. suppliers, acting on behalf of the administrator, for the purpose of performing a concluded sale agreement;
  3. entities providing accounting, legal or advisory services to the administrator;
  4. state authorities or other entities authorized under the law, at their request, in order to fulfill the administrator's obligations;

Data retention period

Personal data provided for the purpose of concluding and performing a sales agreement are retained no longer than is necessary for:

  1. post-sale customer service;
  2. secure or vindicate possible claims to which the administrator is entitled;
  3. fulfil of the administrator's legal obligations under generally applicable laws (tax and accounting);

Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be processed until it is revoked.

Personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing using electronic means of communication shall be processed until objection is made by the data subject.

Rights related to the data provided

The data subject has the right to:

  1. access your personal data,
  2. rectification,
  3. delete or limit data processing,
  4. object to processing of personal data at any time,
  5. withdrawal of consent (the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by the Administrator in accordance with the law before its withdrawal),
  6. lodge a complaint to the Inspector General for Protection of Personal Data (Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) in relation to the data processing by Kresz Sp. z o.o.

Cookie policy
